I have a special interest in working with people to help them understand how our past experiences and relationships impact the way we are and the way we interact with the world around us. Working together we can identify some of your limiting belief systems, thought patterns, feelings and behaviours and have the ability to change them. Anxiety, stress. overthinking, worry are becoming common experiences in todays world for many people. It can leave you overwhelmed, cut off from people, fearful and unable to live life to the full and form connections. It can lead to depression and cause physical symptoms too. I can work with you to explore what the root cause is and also help you to find tools and techniques to be able to manage anxiety and stress effectively.
